Dave Tunison is a 15-year industry veteran. His passion for logistics began in his early 20's when he moved to Arizona and became an over-the-road truck driver, which opened his eyes to the vastness of the supply chain network. Growing up in small rural area outside Saginaw, MI, Dave understands that hard work is what sets people apart. Dave comes with a background centered primarily around Transportation and Logistics operations. Before joining the UTXL team, he most recently held the role of Director of Operations with Swift Logistics LLC, and was excited for the opportunity to move to Kansas City to start a new chapter with his family. His passion for leading people, and finding transportation solutions is what keeps him moving forward! In his spare time, Dave enjoys camping, boating, riding his motorcycle and woodworking.
Ryan Herndon was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in 2008. He has 12 plus years of industry experience, all with UTXL. Ryan loves working with the team to find solutions that work best for our customers and carriers alike. He really enjoys being a part of the family atmosphere at UTXL where we work collectively to achieve excellence in our service and communication. Ryan currently resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife Stacy and their two children, Wynne and Everett. In his spare time Ryan enjoys trips to the lake, playing basketball, throwing some meat on the smoker and relaxing with his family.

Shelly Cannon was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas; she received her BS in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University in 2018. After working in the grocery industry for 20 years, in both accounting and information technology, she began her career with UTXL in 2017 as Controller. Shelly loves the teamwork and family atmosphere we have at UTXL and works hard every day to contribute to that environment in a positive manner. In her spare time, she loves family time, reading and traveling. Shelly resides in Leavenworth, Kansas with her husband Rocky, their children Cole and Kasey, their Golden Retriever Hank and their rescued cat Cass.
