Via Ciclante's mission is to be a bicycle retailer focused on attention to detail service delivering customer satisfaction. Our vision is to inspire cyclists to pedal their way to happiness and fulfillment... In 2015, we met a kind hearted Brazilian who shares our passion for bikes. Quick story, when he immigrated to Canada, he came into our store and bought his kids bikes before they had furniture for their rooms. We have been friends and coworkers ever since. Nick is instrumental in raising our level of competence and strives for continuous improvement. Nick is the lead in our service department and we all have given him the name "genius" simply because this guy can fix anything. There has to be one "mastermind'' in the group...
