Corina Wilkes is the principal-in-charge of USAC and has been providing accessibility compliance services since 2000. Corina was one of the first California Certified Access Specialists (CASp 019) in the state of California. Corina is certified by the International Code Council as an Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner, and she is a Registered Accessibility Specialist in the state of Texas. She is the leader of the accessibility team and handles the organization and management of all barrier removal and corrective action plans.
Corina has vast experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, practicing exclusively in accessibility. She specializes in plan reviews, surveys, transition plans, training sessions, and consulting services. Corina is recognized as an expert in the industry, and she has been a presenter for the American Institute for Architects and NCARB. She is also a member of the National Association of ADA Coordinators and CASI. Corina is a panel member for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Transportation Research Board.

Katie Shiell has been a senior accessibility specialist since 2008 and she is a California Certified Access Specialist (CASp 472). Katie has specific experience with accessibility plan reviews, consulting services, surveys, design, inspections, and compliance plan documentation, including barrier removal consulting and corrective action plans. She is the lead on all database management and code research and documentation.
As the senior accessibility specialist at USAC, Katie reviews plans, conducts accessibility inspections, collects data of all barriers found, and creates the barrier removal reports. She is also responsible for barrier documentation on plans that correlate with the reports generated by our firm.
Katie received her Bachelor of the Arts Degree from the University of California, Riverside.
