Current USS Owner and President Rick Thomas purchased the company from Donlea in January 2018. He started with USS as a laborer in 1996 and worked his way up to being a Project Manager in 2002. Rick partnered with Brian in 2012 and became full Operations Manager. Today, Rick continues to uphold the company's commitment to honesty and always putting the client's interests first.
