Village Building & Restoration LLC has been building and remodeling homes Since 1974. While we pride ourselves on our skills and professionalism, we owe our longevity to our clients. Quite simply, a large percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. I think that says everything... My name is Jim Whittemore and I am the owner of Village Building and Restoration LLC. Over the years I have served as general contractor for building new homes, cabinetmaker for small renovation projects, and everything in-between. As the Connecticut economy has fluctuated, I have adapted to meet the needs of my clients and so in recent years my business has been focusing more on kitchen and bath renovations...
