At Upper Island Counselling we are a private not for profit society owned and operated in our communities by those we serve. We offer an employee and family assistance program, private counselling, and wellness workshops, with a goal of improving the overall health and wellness of our clients and communities. Our voluntary governance Board of Directors consists of employee and employer representatives from member companies... Upper Island Counselling was established in 1987 through the joint efforts of community Unions and management groups working together to provide a unique program for their employees and family members.
