Dato' Peter Ng is the founder and executive chairman of UCSI Group - a conglomerate that operates in seven clusters: education, consultancy, healthcare, hotels, property, retail and technology.
The Group began with education as its niche when Ng founded a humble computer training institute on a shoestring budget of RM2,000 in 1986. Today, that institute has grown to become UCSI University - a top private university in Malaysia, ranked 265 th according to the QS World University Rankings 2025. Besides being ranked among the top 1% in the world, eight of the world's best courses in the Top 500 are also found at the University according to the QS World University Ranking by Subject 2022. It also stands out as one of the world's top 70 universities under 50 years old.
After relinquishing the role of vice-chancellor in 2010, Ng focused on the overarching growth strategy for UCSI Group. UCSI expanded rapidly and more than 20 subsidiaries are now parked under the UCSI umbrella. The Group's many ventures are anchored on a commitment to sustainability and every endeavour is anchored on value innovation.

As the VP for the UCSI GSO, his principal objective is in developing, overseeing and implementing sustainable policies and practices within UCSI Group in collaboration with the key stakeholders. He is continually analysing related regulatory trends, collecting and monitoring relevant data, overseeing and organising sustainability projects, managing strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering cultural and behavioural change within the organisation and promoting inclusion of sustainability in the Group's processes and decision-making.
Prior to this, Leong served the UCSI Group as its vice-president of Group Corporate Affairs for 10 years, and was responsible for enhancing the brand identity of UCSI Group. This encompassed managing brand equity, ensuring consistency throughout the organisation and spearheading initiatives that deliver the brand promise to the general public.
With more than 36 years of experience in the education industry, Mr Leong first made his name when he pioneered the company's marketing and public relations department of a leading Malaysian higher education provider. He also started the franchising and collaboration activities of the institution.
Leong holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaya and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.

Chan oversees UCSI's property portfolio and plays a variety of roles in inter-company and investment negotiations. Before joining UCSI, Chan acquired a wealth of management experience at Panasonic Industrial Company (Malaysia) in the electronics industry; Huhu Enterprises, New Zealand, in the fields of animation and media; as well as Omega Plastics Ltd, New Zealand, a leading plastic and polymer company in New Zealand. He also earned a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, USA and an MBA from the RMIT University, Australia.

Ng Chee Kiong first joined UCSI in 1989, which was then known as the Canada Institute of Computer Science. As one of the first staff members to join the UCSI family, Ng's institutional memory has been a huge asset to the Group as it grew from a small business to an international university with a wide range of facilities.
Ng was responsible for the establishment's movement from a building in Taman Segar, Cheras to its current Kuala Lumpur campus spanning more than 19 acres. Ng is also currently overseeing the vast project of building the 160-acre UCSI University main campus in Negeri Sembilan, Port Dickson. Meanwhile, he also oversees the property and logistical assets of the Group's 19 subsidiaries along with the University's three campuses.

Lim leads efforts to enhance the presence of UCSI Group and its SBUs in the areas of brand communications, digital advertising, social media, media relations, advocacy and crisis management. A firm believer in the power of brand trust, Lim repositioned many of UCSI's campaigns to cater to new customers across multiple touchpoints. He also champions B2B collaboration with various industry partners.
Prior to this, Lim served as UCSI's Group Officer for more than two years, assisting both the executive chairman and CEO with Group-wide initiatives and industry research. He started his career at UCSI in the corporate affairs division where he led advertising campaigns, brand strategy, media engagement, marketing communications and outreach initiatives. Lim joined UCSI at the tail end of 2011 after a six-year career as a journalist at Star Media Group.

Controller, Wong Ming Fang oversees and manages the finances for UCSI Group. She holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree from Lincoln University, New Zealand where she studied commerce and management.
Before joining the Group, Wong worked in the treasury department of RHB Bank where her responsibilities included analysing the bank's assets and liabilities, recommending interest-rates and working with a team to develop the bank's strategies.
She strives to live her life with joy, energy and positive thinking and share her knowledge and values with those around her.
