Andrew is the Chair of Torkin Manes' Banking & Financial Services Group, with a practice that focuses exclusively on debt financing transactions.
As Torkin Manes' Director of Operations, Debbie leads and manages the firm's Business Services, which includes Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Information Technology.
Bringing more than 25 years' experience, Debbie is responsible for coordinating and bridging efforts between the firm's Business Services teams, as well as practice groups with respect to budgeting, purchasing and advancing systems that facilitate the establishment of efficient workflows and processes to maximize the firm's productivity and performance.
Debbie's strong business acumen, coupled with her pragmatic approach, allows her to employ a big picture mindset when developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet Torkin Manes' objectives.
Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Debbie worked with law firms in Toronto and on the East Coast. She is a member of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She is past chair of the TLOMA Annual Conference and also served as the Speaker Liaison for many years.

Greg Hersen is a partner and Chair of Torkin Manes' Construction Law Group. He has been certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Construction Law since May 2001, and annually recognized since 2017 in The Best Lawyers In Canada© for Construction Law. He has also been Repeatedly Recommended by his peers for Construction Law in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and recognized as a leader in Construction Law in the Lexpert Special Edition on Canada's Infrastructure lawyers. Greg also holds a Distinguished Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
Greg provides ongoing strategic advice to public and private sector owners, general contractors, sureties, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals throughout the life cycle of construction projects. These projects include public infrastructure projects relating to transit systems, bridges, highways, flood management and erosion control, recreational infrastructure, educational and healthcare facilities, and private sector industrial, commercial, residential development and mining projects.
Greg is a frequent speaker at construction industry seminars on new developments in construction law, including design/build and construction management contracts and disputes, delay claims, the CCDC family of construction documents, Construction liens and payment bond claims. He has also presented numerous Continuing Legal Education Programs for the Ontario Bar Association, The Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association.

Kay is co-Chair of Torkin Manes' Private Client Services and Tax Groups, where she has built a robust tax practice with a focus on corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions, private businesses and personal tax advice, and estate and succession planning. Kay is committed to providing clients with cost-effective business-oriented tax solutions and acts as a strategic advisor to a number of private companies and high net worth families and, in particular, has counseled many families on optimizing their succession plans.
Ken was formerly corporate counsel in charge of the real estate legal department for The TDL Group Ltd. (Tim Hortons). He is a frequent lecturer and author on commercial leasing law for the Law Society of Ontario, CBA, ICSC and Federated Press. Ken is the past team recipient of the Rex Award for Office Lease of the Year. He is Co-Editor of Landlord's Rights and Remedies in a Commercial Lease, A Practical Guide (2nd ed.), contributing author to Shopping Centre Leases (2nd ed.) and past consultant to Canada Law Book's consolidations of Ontario Landlord and Tenant legislation.
