Tonogold Resources Inc. has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the issued shares of JAG Minerals Pty Ltd, which owns 100% interest in JAG Minerals USA Inc ("JAG US"). JAG US holds the Marysvale (hardrock uranium/vanadium), SKY Project (in-situ uranium) and Stateline (13 historic vanadium and uranium mines) across Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. Tonogold intends to change its name to Uranium American Resources, Inc... Upon closing of the JAG transaction, Uranium American Resources intends to become a major force in the uranium junior resource marketplace. With assets across Utah, Wyoming and Colorado, we believe we with have a first class portfolio of assets that will be able to supply these critical minerals for decades to come.
