Our co-founders, Dr. Mary Eaton and Dr. Robin Larson both have roots in rural Minnesota. The Idea Circle grew out of decades of experience in both higher education and workforce development backgrounds. Over time, we recognized a need for a different solution to company issues: customized solutions specific to each company and sometimes for each person. Thus, The Idea Circle was born: education and workforce development remain at the heart of our business... The Idea Circle specializes in custom workforce development solutions that include both hands-on training options as well as an e-learning setting that trainees can access anywhere.
