Daniel is an estate planning and special needs planning attorney located in the Centerville, Utah office. Daniel is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. Daniel received his B.S. from Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude from the Marriott Business School of Management, with an emphasis in finance. When Daniel isn't working, he's chasing around his four small children or playing tennis (so he can keep up with his kids).

Joseph Tombs

Joseph Tombs and Gregory Maxwell founded Tombs Maxwell LLP in 2009 with a mission to help personal injury attorneys and their clients with legal and financial settlement planning resources. Over the years, our firm has assisted thousands of clients (and their attorneys) navigate settlement-related issues (government benefits planning, special needs trusts, structured settlement annuities, Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance, estate planning, and more.). Joseph Tombs has thirty years of experience in various aspects of law and financial planning. He started his career as a tax and estate planning attorney. Joe has served on the full-time faculties of four universities: University of Georgia, University of Louisiana, Georgia State University, and Texas Tech University and as an adjunct professor at University of Southern Virginia, Kaplan University, and Lubbock Christian University. Joe served as an Associate Vice President of First Colony Life Insurance Company and Director of Advanced Marketing at GE Financial Assurance. Joe has developed a specialty in planning for the recipients of tort settlements and is a founding member at Amicus Financial Advisors, LLC and Tombs Maxwell LLP.

Kent is an estate, special needs, and settlement planning attorney in Logan, Utah. Kent's education includes a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law, a MS in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, and a BA in History from Utah State University. Kent is a current board member of the Society of Settlement Planners. Kent lives in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah, with his wife and 4 children. In his spare time, Kent is a committee member for the Top of Utah Runners.
