Blake leads up the marketing team at B-TEK with responsibilities spanning all marketing-related functions. He's an experienced marketing leader and brand advocate with 20+ years of marketing and sales experience. He was born and raised here in Canton, Ohio, and holds a BS in Marketing Management from the University of Akron and an MBA in Integrated Marketing Communication from Walsh University.
As a true "devil's advocate", Blake genuinely enjoys breaking down the status quo and developing better ways to do anything from modifying organizational processes to packing his kids' lunches.

Brett is responsible for all sales and marketing functions at B-TEK. His responsibilities overlap into product management where he is also involved with innovation and product development. Brett enjoys working directly with end-users and customers that use our products daily. He has extensive background in both B2C and B2B processes and drives the customer service vision through B-TEK.
Brett is from Westlake, OH and holds a BS in Business Administration from Centenary College of Louisiana. At Centenary, Brett was a four year letter winner along with achieving Academic All-Conference and First Team All-Conference honors while a member of their golf team.

Eric is currently the Heavy Capacity Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager for the western states sales territory. He also manages the Inside Sales Team.
He started with B-TEK in early 2003 after a 10-year stint as a Sales Application Engineer for a major industrial process control company. Scale application knowledge and the ability to provide solutions to unique weighing problems is his strong suit. Eric attended the DeVRY Institute of Technology and earned a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology.

Jake is part of the the Inside Sales team at B-TEK responsible for specing and quoting projects. He's been with B-TEK since 2012, starting off by managing the ELE shipping and receiving department. He brings that experience, as well as other various sales and customer service experience into his current role. He was born and raised here in Canton, Ohio and enjoys being able to work in and contribute to the community he was raised. Jake is a very competitive person that believes in giving it œall , in all things professional or personal.

A graduate of the University of Akron, Joe earned a bachelor's degree with a concentration in both graphic design and photography and has applied those skills in his marketing career. He has extensive experience working with a variety of small and large clients, in a diverse array of industries from global powerhouses to locally-owned businesses.
An award winning graphic designer and marketer, Joe thumbs his nose at the stuffed-shirt, smoke and mirrors approach to providing marketing and graphic communications. Operating under the sometimes unheard of adage that work can be fun, Joe, with his off-the-cuff approach, tailor fits creative marketing strategies to all aspects of the scale industry.

John joined B-TEK with 14 years of scale experience from the service side of the industry, most recently operating as the sales manager of a four-branch organization in the SouthEast territory.
John entered the scale industry as a service provider back in 2005. He's an avid sports fan that also enjoys riding motorcycles, golf and any outdoor activity.

Steve started in the scale industry in 1996 as a service technician for 10 years before moving into sales and has been œLiving the dream as a scale man ever since. He's an alumnus of Bryant & Stratton with a background in electronic technologies. He resides in Batavia NY and enjoys being on the road and working with customers. With a œtechnician first mentality, he's able to design applications to solve problems, while keeping them foolproof and cost-effective.

Tricia is part of the Inside Sales team at B-TE K. She is responsible for quoting projects, providing customer service and processing orders. She joined us with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. She has developed super-hero mother ing skills while raising three ramb unct ious children and is a lifelong lear ner. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to the community and investing in our youth.
