TATRALAN

The company Tatraľan is one of the traditional producers of cotton, halflinen, linen and mix fabrics in piecegoods or metergoods. Production is aimed on hometextil, technical textile, fabrics for clothing purposes and nonwowen textile - geotextile... Textile production in the sub-tatran region has 146 years long tradition. In 1860 was established "Mechanical spinning and weaving mill of linen" in Kežmarok as first industrial linen factory not only in Slovakia but also in the area of former Austro-Hungarian Empire and rang among the oldest textile factories in Slovakia.
