Anita Bansal is the co-founder and principal director of SAA. She studied architecture at Chandigarh College of Architecture, graduating in 1980 with first class honors' and distinction. On graduation she joined a private based practice in Chandigarh before joining SAA in 1982.
Over the last three decades, Anita has shaped the vision of the firm, which is now responsible for a strikingly wide range of work from institutional infrastructure to workplaces to residential complexes in public and private section. Since its inception, the practice under her leadership has successfully delivered more than 200 projects ranging from educational, residential, commercial, recreational and healthcare.
Through this experience she has achieved a comprehensive understanding of all types of construction technologies and as a result she is able to complement her design skills with clear understanding of construction work. Anita leads the architectural design division of SAA utilizing her holistic approach to design and constantly targeting improvement.
Shifali graduated as Architect in year 2012. She has worked as a Senior Architect with the India's leading construction company Larsen & Toubro in her past and has over 7 years of experience in architectural/interior designing, Project co-ordination of large-scale residential and commercial projects owned by some of the most reputed developers of the country such as DLF and M3M.
Himanshu is a postgraduate in structural design engineering from Punjab engineering college, Chandigarh with a first class honors degree. He is the lead consultant of our firm providing services especially in areas like topographical surveying, geotechnical investigation, quality control.
He is a competent and trustworthy all-rounder. He is conscientious, flexible and unselfish, enabling him to be direct and effective for delivering the best possible quality of built environment for the client and users on time and on budget.
He has been working on numerous surveying and geotechnical projects in various parts of India both in public and private sector. Under his leadership, SAA has provided quality control consultancy for some major projects including parts of NH-64 highway and Chandigarh interior road amongst others.
Manisha is a gold medalist in BE Civil from Thapar University. She has over six years of structural engineering & construction management experience on large-scale multi discipline commercial, residential and industrial projects on a national and international environment.
Her foresight and forward thinking abilities help her to achieve economic and construction friendly designs promptly. In addition she has a thorough knowledge of seismic design and of foundation design for different type of typical structures, equipment foundations, isolated foundations as well as pile foundations.
She has worked on a number of power projects in USA and is an expert in the structural engineering and design of concrete and steel structures and has an extensive experience in the preparation and audit for the structural design calculations for all types of structures.
Leading design engineering Subhash Bansal is the founder of SAA and graduated from Kurukshetra University in the year 1977. He has an experience of nearly 35 years in civil engineering consultancy work, embracing a wide range of disciplines and projects in many parts of India.
He is a leader in the engineering design of complex buildings and large scale developments that include educational, industrial, healthcare and residential projects. With a focus on integrated engineering and the use of appropriate technology, Subhash has played a hands-on role in ensuring the high quality of design and quick build ability. Clients appreciate his insight and passion for delivering innovative structural on-site and off-site solutions, which often results in giving entirely new vocabulary to the design.
He believes that building engineering should be a people focused, technically driven community that mixes communication, a clear understanding of building physics and creative thinking together to provide high levels of excellence.
