Alvin Oei is Head of Investees and Business Development & Senior Vice President at ST Telemedia. In this role, he is responsible for the overall monitoring and calibration of ST Telemedia's portfolio companies to identify strategic pathways and synergies. He is also responsible for maintaining industry-specific relationships with vendors and other industry participants.
Alvin brings with him over 45 years of experience in finance and business development. He joined ST Telemedia in 2000 and held different senior positions including Head of ST Telemedia's data centre business in Thailand and Senior Vice President of Business Development. In the latter role, he was involved in investment activities relating to telecommunications, cable and broadband; data centres; and technology such as data analytics, enterprise IoT, cyber security and network orchestration solutions.
Prior to ST Telemedia, he was Head of Treasury, Southern Region, at Citi Australia. He has also worked for different conglomerates in Southeast Asia. During his career, he has lived and worked in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand.
Alvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University, Massachusetts, USA.

Chan Jen Keet is General Counsel & Executive Vice President at ST Telemedia. In his role, he leads a team responsible for the company's legal, regulatory and corporate secretarial affairs.
Jen Keet joined ST Telemedia in 2005 as a Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to joining ST Telemedia, he practised as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore with the main focus in capital markets, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Jen Keet holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore.

Freddy Teoh is Head of Risk Management & First Vice President at ST Telemedia. He is responsible for the company's Enterprise Risk Management processes and leads its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives and strategy.
Freddy brings with him more than 33 years of professional experience spanning accounting and finance, consulting, external audit, risk management, and regional internal audit in the Big 4 accounting firms and U.S. multi-nationals.

Johnny Ong is Chief Financial Officer & Senior Executive Vice President of ST Telemedia. He oversees all aspects of the Company's financial strategies and operations, including accounting & financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance & treasury, internal controls, budgeting & planning, due diligence and evaluation of M&A transactions.
Before joining ST Telemedia, Johnny was Regional Chief Financial Officer of Dell and responsible for the Asia Pacific & Japan regional P&L with annual revenue exceeding US$13.5billion. His 18 years' experience in Dell spanned from procurement to supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, sales & marketing, services and after-sales customer support.
He was formerly the Financial Controller for Intel Malaysian operations, which contributed 55% of the worldwide assembly and test production volume during the early to mid-1990s. He started his career in the late 1980s through articleship with Price Waterhouse for Certified Public Accountant qualification.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. Johnny also holds an MBA (with high honours) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kyle Lee is Head of Corporate Development & Executive Vice President at ST Telemedia. In this role, he leads a team responsible for undertaking investments, mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic corporate development activities of the company.
Kyle has 30 years of experience in the areas of finance, strategic and venture investment, as well as business development. Since joining ST Telemedia in 1998, Kyle has led and/or participated in major investment and corporate development activities of the company with respect to its communications, data centres and technology portfolio.
Prior to ST Telemedia, he held various positions in Asian-HQ organisations which included working and living in Vietnam and Myanmar. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the National University of Singapore.

Lee Pui Yee is Group Treasurer & Senior Vice President at ST Telemedia. In this role, she leads a team responsible for all treasury and tax matters of the company.
Pui Yee brings with her over 25 years of experience in banking, treasury and investment management. Prior to joining ST Telemedia, Pui Yee was Vice President & Corporate Treasurer at Kulicke & Soffa. She has also held various positions in other established organisations. These include Flextronics Manufacturing (Hong Kong), Honeywell (Singapore, China and Belgium), GIC (Singapore and United Kingdom) and DBS Bank.
Pui Yee holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Economics from the National University of Singapore. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Melinda Tan is Head of Strategic Relations and Communications & Senior Vice President at ST Telemedia. She is responsible for external relations, branding, overall communications, sponsorships, corporate social responsibility, and employee volunteerism. She is also actively involved in the company's sustainability efforts including the launch of ST Telemedia Sustainability Framework in 2021. Melinda leads a versatile and energetic team that is passionate about promoting and strengthening the ST Telemedia brand to support the company's objectives. She led in the company's first brand refresh in 2016, and brand positioning, purpose and extension launch in 2019.
Melinda has over 30 years of experience, serving in in-house and agency roles, in communications, stakeholder relations, brand management, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining ST Telemedia, she worked in several global communications agencies.
Melinda has a B.A. (Communications) from Simon Fraser University in Canada and an MBA from RMIT University in Australia.

Bruno Lopez is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia (STT) and a member of the company's Board of Directors. He is also President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC), where he is responsible for driving the growth of STT's data centres business and providing the overall leadership and direction of the STT GDC group.
Bruno joined ST Telemedia in June 2014 and has led STT GDC since its inception. Under his leadership, STT GDC has become one of the fastest-growing data centre providers in Asia and Europe.
An industry veteran in the telecommunications and data centre sectors with more than 30 years of experience, Bruno was previously Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he was instrumental in leading the company's growth and expansion in Asia and Europe. He was also responsible for establishing Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the Middle East.
Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree from Rutgers University, USA.

Mr Lim Ming Seong serves as Non-Executive Director on the board of ST Telemedia. He also sits on the board of U Mobile.
Mr Lim was previously the Board Chairman of First Resources and CSE Global and a Director of StarHub, but has since stepped down from these companies.
Mr Lim has held various senior positions within the Singapore Technologies ("ST") Group from 1986 to 2002, where he left as Group Director. Prior to joining the ST Group, Mr Lim was with Singapore's Ministry of Defence from 1970 to 1986, where he left as Deputy Secretary.
Mr Lim is a fellow in "Institute of Engineers Singapore" and "Singapore Institute of Directors".

Mr Peter Seah serves as Deputy Chairman on the board of STT Communications, a wholly owned investment holding company of ST Telemedia (STT). He also sits on the board of Asia Mobile Holdings, a STT portfolio company.
He is the present Chairman of DBS Group, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Health Services and LaSalle College of the Arts. Mr Seah also serves on the boards of GIC and Fullerton Financial. Mr Seah was a banker for more than 30 years before retiring as Vice Chairman and CEO of the former Overseas Union Bank in 2001. He was also President & CEO of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd.

Mr Ravi Lambah serves as Non-Executive Director on the board of ST Telemedia (STT).
Mr Lambah joined Temasek in April 2012. At Temasek, he is Head of the Investment Group and Head India. Prior to Temasek, Mr Lambah was the Chief Operating Officer of STT.

Mr Sio Tat Hiang serves as Non-Executive Director on the board of ST Telemedia (STT) and Deputy Chairman of STT Communications.
He is also Chairman of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) in India, Vice Chairman of GDS Holdings and Director of U Mobile.
Mr Sio was previously Chairman of STT GDC in Singapore, Chairman of VIRTUS in the UK and Executive Director of STT. He is a key member of STT's founding team and played a vital role in the company's development and growth including the formation of STT GDC.

Mr Miller has over 35 years of experience in the communications, media and technology sectors, particularly in the areas of investment, international operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning. He has worked at ST Telemedia for close to 20 years in various senior positions including President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and consultant to its portfolio companies. Prior to ST Telemedia, he spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific.
Mr Miller played a crucial role in steering ST Telemedia's strategic direction into data centres and infrastructure technology businesses to capture new opportunities in the digital economy. Since assuming the role of President & Group CEO, he has led the continuous enhancement of ST Telemedia's business capabilities and portfolio while instilling a shared culture to drive outcomes and strengthen resilience. Mr Miller is also a strong advocate of corporate sustainability. Under his leadership, ST Telemedia formalised its sustainability framework to align its operations and strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He currently holds leadership positions on a number of non-profit organisations' sustainability bodies.
Mr Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Mr Teo Ek Tor serves as Non-Executive Chairman on the board of ST Telemedia. He is concurrently Chairman of Asia Mobile Holdings and Director of StarHub.
Mr Teo is Chairman of PrimePartners Group Pte Ltd, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte Ltd and N PrimePartners Capital Pte Ltd, a joint venture asset management company based in Singapore.
He has vast experience in investment banking and asset management in Asia, and brings with him in-depth financial and analytical expertise. He has contributed to the development of two major regional investment banking groups, Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980-1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1997-1999). He has held senior executive positions within the Morgan Grenfell Asia group and was the Regional Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine (Singapore) Ltd.

She was a Senior Partner in Assurance at one of the Big Four International Accounting Firms for 36 years, where she served large listed and non-listed Singapore and international clients in industries ranging from Real Estate to Banking and Commodities. She was also Chairwoman of the Firm's Governance Committee for several years before her retirement in 2015.
