SOULLY ORGANIC IS HEATH AND LEJEUNE. The company was founded in 1981 by two Southern California produce veterans, Pat Lejeune and Harland Heath, who specialized in inbound produce brokerage serving the greater Los Angeles market. Since day one our motto has been "Service with Integrity"... In the mid 80's we began providing consolidation and procurement services for a small but growing network of Organic farmers, wholesalers and retailers nationwide, many of whom remain trading partners to this day. The company grew slowly, by word of mouth, with attention to detail and service it's primary goal... Because our customer base is so heavy into retail, we've been very busy during the crisis. March and April were big months for us. We sold record amounts of ginger, and demand was very heavy for garlic, along with "hardware" items like onions, potatoes, and yams.
