Caroline Sasia joined Soitec in September 2022 as Senior Vice President, Head of Communications & Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, she joined Soitec's Executive Committee. With over 20 years of professional experience, Caroline Sasia has a strong expertise in designing and executing communications strategies in complex and dynamic international environments with a focus on high-tech, mobility, and sustainability sectors. Before joining Soitec Caroline spent most of her career at the Renault Group and at the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance where she held various roles in communications, strategy, and public affairs. Caroline Sasia graduated from Sciences Po Paris.

Christophe Maleville - CTO, SEVP

CHRISTOPHE MALEVILLE Christophe Maleville has been appointed Chief Technology Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Soitec's Innovation. He joined Soitec in 1993 and was a driving force behind the company's joint research activities with CEA-Leti. For several years, he led new SOI process development, oversaw SOI technology transfer from R&D to production, and managed customer certifications. He also served as vice president, SOI Products Platform at Soitec, working closely with key customers worldwide. Maleville has authored or co-authored more than 30 papers and also holds some 30 patents. He has a PhD in microelectronics from Grenoble Institute of Technology and obtained an executive MBA from INSEAD.

Cyril Menon

Cyril Menon is Soitec's Operations Excellence & Quality Chief Operations Officer. Previously, he served as a manager for process, equipment and yield departments and has been director of the Bernin headquarters site from 2012 to 2018. He guided production activities to optimize operational performance. He has been with the company since 2006. Prior to joining Soitec, he worked as device engineering manager and later process manager at IBM Semiconductor, where he was in charge of developing processes, transferring technologies and increasing production. Menon earned a master's degree in physics from the Grenoble Institut Polytechnique (Institute of Technology - INP), a thesis in microelectronics from the Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology and a Management Degree from Harvard Business School.

Delphine Segura-Vaylet

Delphine Segura-Vaylet is Deputy Managing Director, Human Resources at Groupe SEB (France) since January 2021 Before joining SEB, Delphine Segura-Vaylet joined the Total group in 2017 as Director of Group HR Strategy and Policy. In 2014, she joined Zodiac Aerospace as the Group HR Director and ExCom member, until the sale to Safran. In 2007, she joined STMicroelectronics as HR Director for the Digital Consumer branch. For four years, she was in charge of the Talent and Organization Development Department, then of Training at Group level. Delphine Segura-Vaylet began her career at Thales where she held various positions as HR Operations Director within the subsidiary Semiconducteurs Spécifiques and the Research Group, IT Group and Services France activities for 13 years. Delphine Segura-Vaylet holds a Master 2 (Diplôme Études Approfondies) in European Social Law from the University of Paris 1 - La Sorbonne.

Emmanuel Sabonnadière

As Senior Vice-President for Automotive & Industrial, Emmanuel is notably in charge of Soitec's strategic silicon carbide programme (SmartSiC™). He previously served as chief executive of CEA-Leti (2017-2021) and held senior management positions at Philips Lighting, private equity firm Gimv, and General Cable. Emmanuel started his career at Schneider Electric and Alstom/Areva and holds a Physics PhD from Ecole centrale de Lyon, an IT Engineering degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Management.

Emmanuelle Bely - EVP

Emmanuelle Bely joined Soitec in January 2023 as Executive Vice President and General Secretary. In this role, she will also serve as member of Soitec's Executive Committee and as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Emmanuelle Bely graduated from ESSEC, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a member of the Paris and Madrid bars. She began her career as an M&A lawyer for 14 years in France and the United States with French and international law firms. In 2007, she was appointed General Counsel and Human Resources Director of the Smithfield Group in Paris. Following the merger of the Smithfield Group and Campofrio in 2008, she was promoted to Group General Counsel, based in Madrid. Emmanuelle Bely joined Danone in September 2014 in Paris and initially held various positions within the General Secretariat in Europe, including VP General Secretary for Regions, General Counsel for Partnerships, and VP General Secretary for Waters and Africa and the Southern Cone region. She has also been a member of the Business Community at Mission since its creation in 2018.

François Jacq - Chairman

François Jacq is Chairman and General Manager (Directeur Général) of CEA since April 2018. In September 2013, he was appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IFREMER, the French national institute for marine science and technology. In April 2009, François Jacq joined Météo-France, the French national meteorological service, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Permanent Representative of France with the World Meteorological Organization. Between 2007 and 2009, he was advisor to the Prime Minister for Sustainable Development, Research and Industry. In 2005, he joined the General Directorate for Energy and Raw Materials at the Ministry of Industry as Head of the Directorate for Energy Demand and Energy Markets. In 2000, François Jacq became Chief Executive Officer of the French Agency for Radioactive Waste Management (ANDRA). François Jacq studied at the École Polytechnique and École des Mines de Paris. He holds a degree in sociology and a PhD in the history of science.

Jean-Marc Le Meil

Jean-Marc Le Meil, Senior Vice-President for Mobile Communications Division, has over 30 years of experience in semiconductors. In 2022 he led the consolidation of three business units into the Mobile Communications division. Before joining Soitec in 1999, he held various managerial positions in process, yield and devices engineering at Matra MHS, Cypress Semiconductors and Atmel. Jean-Marc holds a master's in Material Sciences from Polytech Nantes.

Jeannette Schuh - CHRO

Jeannette Schuh joined Soitec as Chief Human Resources Officer in October 2023. In this role, she is part of Soitec's Executive Committee. Jeannette Schuh has extensive experience in all fields of human resources management in international settings. Prior to joining Soitec, she served as Vice President Human Resources and Communication within Plastic Omnium, where she led a global network of 200 HR professionals. She has also held various leadership roles within Valeo, Faurecia, Bel and SCHOTT. Jeannette Schuh holds an Executive MBA in International Human Resources Management from IGS School Paris, a master's degree in French and German economics and law from the University of Freiburg and a master's degree in social sciences from the University of Esslingen.

Prior to becoming the permanent representative of FSP, Laurence Delpy was an independent director of Soitec from April 11, 2016. From 2020 to 2022, she was Vice President EMEA Service Providers at Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity. From 2016 to 2020, Laurence Delpy managed Nokia's mobile network business for the Asia-Pacific region and Japan, where she lived and worked for 25 years. She served as Vice President of Alcatel-Lucent's mobile business in Asia and Deputy Vice President of the network business in China within their joint venture, Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, from 2012 to 2016. Previously, she was Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the GSM product line from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, she held several sales positions in Telstra, Alcatel and Alcatel-Alstom in Australia, South Asia and France. Laurence Delpy graduated from the École supérieure de gestion de Paris and holds a degree in Business Administration. She also holds a certificate in general administration obtained at INSEAD in Singapore. The Audit and Risks Committee's role covers all aspects of the accounting and financial information production process, from ensuring the effectiveness of internal control and risk management processes to conducting the legally-required audits of the Company's annual financial statements (and, if required, having the consolidated financial statements audited by and verifying the independence of the statutory auditors). The Committee reports regularly to the Board of Directors and informs the Board immediately of any issues encountered.

Léa Alzingre - CFO

Pascal Lobry

Pascal Lobry has been the Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer for Civic and Social Engagement since October 1, 2023. He joined the company in 2015 to work alongside the CEO to steer the social aspects of the divestments of the Group's non-strategic activities required for its turnaround. He joined the Group Executive Committee in 2016, where he held the position of Executive Vice President - Human Resources and Sustainable Development until October 1, 2023. Prior to this, he held executive positions in human resources and communications with major listed groups, including Valeo, Safran, L'Oréal and Nestlé. These experiences have given him a wealth of experience in both industry and services, in France and abroad, mainly in support of high value-added growth projects. He is a regular lecturer in various Masters programs in human resources management, notably at Sciences Po. Pascal Lobry is a graduate of ESSEC business school, which he complemented with studies in gender sociology at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS).

René Jonker

After beginning his career at Philips Semiconductors, he transitioned to NXP, leading an RF IC development site in the US, and continued to work on FE technology from Singapore. René later joined Nexperia in Hong Kong as head of Operations and subsequently became Operations Manager for Automotive at ams Osram in Singapore. His international experience spans Europe, the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore, where he is based, showcasing his proficiency in managing multi-site and multicultural teams.

She was promoted to the post of engineer in 2018, after obtaining a Master's degree in continuous improvement and operational excellence. Following her appointment as an employee director, Wissème Allali took a governance training course and obtained a corporate director's certificate from EM Lyon in November 2023.
