Brian McGrath is Texas born and raised. He grew up in Arlington, Texas and graduated from Lamar High School. He obtained a B.S. Degree in Marketing with honors from the University of Texas Arlington. At age 19, Ms. Lennard suffered compression fractures at T12 and T13 in a car crash. It took three years to settle her case, and she was frustrated by both the process and the result. In her practice, she uses that experience to help her anticipate and identify her clients' needs so she can make the process as smooth as possible for them. She approaches her practice by assessing each case from both the plaintiff's and the defendant's perspectives. She tailors her investigations to anticipate any potential weaknesses and develop evidence to refute those weaknesses.
A defining moment is Ms. Lennard's career occurred after one of her clients was seriously injured by a drunk driver. The at-fault driver's liability insurance coverage was only $25,000. Ms. Lennard was able to locate significant personal assets of the defendant and ultimately get the case settled for $325,000.
Ms. Lennard is admitted to the Bar in all Mississippi state and federal courts. Her professional memberships include the Harrison County Young Lawyers Association and the Women in the Profession Committee. She also volunteers as a judge for the high school mock trial competition.
In her free time, Ms. Lennard enjoys reading, participating in book clubs, attending concerts, and painting.

Jonathan Bedwell is an attorney at our Birmingham, Alabama Blue Lake office. He then went on to earn his law degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, simultaneously attending Samford University's Brock School of Business in a joint-degree program. Mr. Bedwell received both his J.D. and his Master of Business Administration. While in law school, he served as vice president of the Federalist Society Samford Student Chapter and interned at Legal Services Alabama.
Mr. Bedwell approaches his cases with the goal of putting his clients in better positions than they would be without his representation. He relates to his clients by trying to find some commonality with each person's situation. Many of the people he represents are blue collar workers and, coming from that background himself, he is able to relate on a personal level. He is always honest with his clients, rather than simply telling them what they want to hear, but he also assures them that he will work as hard as he can to get them the maximum compensation available.
