Archie L. Smith

Archie L. Smith is a native of Texas, husband, father, entrepreneur, and a US Army Officer with over 30 years of military service. He holds a Bachelor in Technology Management from Troy State University, a Bachelor in Business from Excelsior University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Arlington, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas in Austin, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville. He received his commission from the United States Army Officer Candidate School as a Second Lieutenant in the Aviation Branch in 2001 Archie began military service in the United States Marine Corps as a Legal Services Specialist in 1990 and later transitioned to the United States Army as a Radiology Specialist. Before earning his commission, Archie held leadership positions of increasing responsibility ranging from a Small Team Leader and a Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Interventional Radiology to a forward deployed medical detachment First Sergeant. As an Army Aviation Officer, Archie completed the Army Aviation Officer Basic Course and qualified as a CH-47 "Chinook" Helicopter pilot. He served in every echelon of leadership from platoon to battalion level holding positions that included Platoon Leader, Company Commander, Operations Officer, Executive Officer, and Battalion Commander. He has served stateside and overseas duty assignments as well as combat deployments. His administrative positions include industry training with the Army Acquisition Corps, serving as a government flight contract representative, and the Professor of Military Science and Department Chair of Howard University Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Program. Brandon Jones

Brandon grew up in the state of Florida. He began in a small town in Florida and moved to Orlando to continue his education after high school. Once he finished with college, he began down the path of being an entrepreneur and business owner at a young age. Starting his first company at 23. After working with AT&T small business for the better part of his 20's, he didn't feel like telecommunications was his calling. He then transitioned into the government contracting arena. He has spent 8+ years managing everything from SAM to submission for his clients nationwide. His passion has always been to help people. Doing so by adding a revenue stream with the government, was the best fit. Now as a franchisee, he has the ability to help companies grow in all aspects of GovCon. Brandon met his bride in 2009. They have 2 sons and a farm friendly collection of animals. With 70% of his family being military vets or first responders, his oldest sons path led him to the Navy. His second son is studying to be an attorney. Brandon loves spending time with his family and pretending to know how to golf. When at all possible the best times a year are when everyone is together.

She also holds a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification. Dr. Gwendolyn is a member of National Small Business Administration (NSBA) Leadership Council, the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) and the Southwest Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce. She has owned and operated businesses in Northern VA, North Carolina and California. Dr. Gwendolyn serves as an entrepreneurial and transformational leader in her church and community. When she is not working, you can find her loving on family and friends, traveling, watching a good sports game, cooking and being a foodie and fashion fanatic. Reading and hiking are some other pleasures she enjoys.
