Rachel works as a Digital Technician for Neutrogena (Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.) where she serves as the liaison between the technical and digital marketing teams and also fills the role of project manager. Prior to her role with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., Rachel's career was focused on business development where she was responsible for cultivating and maintaining fundamental relationships designed to expand/increase revenue. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys staying active with running, yoga and hiking, in addition to volunteering for animal rescue and/or advocacy organizations

Sujit Ghosh is the co-founder of 3S Global Business Solutions (www.3sgbs.com) , a leading IT consulting and staffing firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
