Randolph, Young & Chapman Co., Inc. was started by private investigators after working in the insurance subrogation industry for many years. Since 1992, RY&C has been providing information that has been obtained accurately and affordably without misrepresenting our clients or our selves. We conduct investigations for insurance companies and law offices to locate people and check for assets on underinsured and subrogation claims. We assist companies with their pre-employment screenings so that they can make an informed decision when hiring a potential candidate. We assist clinical research and the medical field in locating œpatients lost to follow up.
