RTO Performance was started in 2011 by a couple college buddies while attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Driven by an obsession with off-road vehicles and a love to build and work on all sorts of projects, RTO was created. In our spare time we are always looking for, and working on new projects. Coming from a small start in college, RTO has grown slowly over the years and we hope this trend will continue... When we started the company, we mainly worked on our own vehicles and with our close friends to get them everything they needed. From there, word of mouth helped bring friends of friends looking for products and eventually our emergence into the retail world.
