Doris LeClaire is a registered sales assistant and operations professional, supporting Revere's Financial Advisors and Registered Representatives. In addition, Doris works with our wealth management division and aids clients with asset movement and portfolio management analysis. One of her many strengths is her knowledge of estate accounts, which many of her colleagues lean on her for. Doris is highly regarded for her professionalism and 29 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Dr. Dajiang Guo worked as a Partner at Tiger Securities, developing the institutional securities business of the investment banking/ECM and sales and trading divisions. Prior to that, Dr. Guo was a Partner at China Bridge Capital in the FA and PE division. He was also the Chief Strategy Officer at China Renaissance responsible for strategic planning, international expansion, and strategic investments. He was the CEO of CITIC Securities International USA and COO at CITICS Investment Banking Division, and Head of CITICS Strategy and Planning. He has also held several executive positions at CICC HK/US. Before venturing into cross border financial services, Dr. Guo worked more than ten years for Citigroup Global Markets, RBS Greenwich Capital Markets, and the Centre Re of Zurich Financial Services, where he specialized in securitization and derivatives business.

Eileen has 36 years' experience as a Margin Representative & Sales Assistant. She holds a Series 7 License and is a Notary for the firm.
Fitz Miller is an experienced financial services professional with over 22 years of experience working with clients in the financial services helping to achieve their financial goals. Fitz brings a diversified portfolio of professional experience, which includes accounting/tax planning, risk management and retirement/investment planning through a well-defined planning process. Fitz and his team serve executives, professionals, families, trust/estates, foundations, small businesses and institutional clients.

Fred Rosoff serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Revere Wealth Management and a Managing Director at Revere Securities. Fred's career in the brokerage industry began in 1969 at a small NASD firm. In 1970 he joined Paine Webber. After nine years there he moved to Wertheim, later Wertheim Schroder, as a broker and Portfolio Manager. After more than sixteen years he joined Burnham Securities and Burnham Asset Management. When the firm dissolved he moved to Revere.
Fred grew up in New York City. He is a product of the public school system including Music and Art High School (now LaGuardia H.S.) He holds a BA degree from The Johns Hopkins University where he studied Political Science and Creative Writing. He holds both Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. After college he served in VISTA (the domestic Peace Corps) as a community organizer, in Wilmington DE.
Fred is active in his local community and served for several years as the Treasurer of the Friends of the Scarsdale Library. He was also on the Board of the Scarsdale Adult School where he three times organized a popular investment course. He was also one of the organizers, and an officer, of GOPC, a fuel oil buying group. Outside of the Stock Market Fred has a passion for music, particularly classical music and opera.

Nicole Swiatek serves in several functions at Revere Securities. As the VP of Retail Trading and Trading Operations, Nicole manages and oversees critical functions related to asset movements and systems. Nicole is also the lead retail accounts trader, entering and monitoring order flow of Revere's largest customers. She has been with Revere since 2009 and she has been a financial services professional since 2005. Among her expertise, Nicole is extremely well versed in front and back-office systems and working hand-in-hand with our clearing firm to make the experience for our customers positive.

Oseas is the Chief Financial Officer at Revere Securities. He joined Revere in 2017, bringing decades of experience and leadership in securities and trading industries specifically in the broker dealer industry. Oseas served previously as acting Chief Financial Officer for Laidlaw & Company where he worked for 17 years before joining Revere Securities. Oseas brings expertise in US GAAP reporting, SEC reporting, corporate budgeting and forecasting, and cash and credit management.

Robert (Rob) Nathan is Managing Director - Investment Banking Head of Specialty Finance at Revere Securities. Rob brings over 25 years of financial industry experience to Revere Securities LLC. His area of expertise includes sourcing equity, debt and mezzanine financing for emerging companies. Further, Rob's expertise extends to advising companies on navigating the capital markets along with strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
Rob has worked with multiple industry sectors with an emphasis in Healthcare. Mainly Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare IT and Services. He maintains a series 7, 79 and 63 license. He started his career with Shearson Lehman Brothers and held senior level positions at boutique Investment Banks including but not limited to Josephthal and Company, HC Wainwright and Co and Aegis Capital.

William (Bill) Moreno is the Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Revere Securities. He oversees all aspects of the firm with an emphasis on business development and corporate strategy. Under his leadership and guidance, Revere has had significant growth in its advisory, capital markets, and retail businesses. He has held various titles, including President & CEO at Precision Trading, Broadmark Capital, and Jesup & Lamont. Mr. Moreno has over 25 years of financial services experience, including commodities, asset management and brokerage operations. Bill graduated in 1981 from Fordham University with a degree in Accounting, and has the Series 4, 7, 24, 27 and 65 licenses.
