My first passion is working with families affected by addiction. I have been an, Addiction Specialist for over two decades in both, Non-Profit and Private Practice settings. I strive to help individuals, couples and families navigate the issues that dependency can bring up... I provide individual, couple and family counseling to help change the progression of substance use. In Session we will create individualized Treatment plans, provide recovery counseling and education and decide what level of recovery coaching will be beneficial... When we are working within the mental health realm and addressing issues related to substance abuse, behavioral issues or stress, the brain and body are stuck in a stressed nervous cycle. Signs of this cycle include substance abuse, unhealthy behaviors, sleep disturbances, negative thinking and a racing mind.
