ANDREW E. SHAUGHNESSY

Andrew Shaughnessy is a graduate of Cornell Law School, where he concentrated in Business Law and Regulation. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Cornell University, with a minor in Applied Economics and Management. Mr. Shaughnessy has significant experience representing clients in both commercial and residential foreclosure matters, often negotiating mutually beneficial settlements including loan modifications and short sales. He also represents litigants in personal injury actions and contractual disputes. Furthermore, Mr. Shaughnessy has represented a variety of organizations (including for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies) at every stage from choosing an entity structure and drafting governing agreements through dissolution. He also represents individuals and businesses in the registration and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.

EDDIE PEREZ

Eddie Perez is the firm's underwriter and Foreclosure Prevention Specialist. He developed an encyclopedic knowledge of the mortgage industry working as a loan officer and generating mortgages on behalf of a variety of lenders. However, when the mortgage foreclosure crisis hit, and borrowers began defaulting on their mortgages and facing the prospect of losing their homes, he made the decision to use his knowledge to help families save their homes. For this reason, Eddie began working as a Foreclosure Prevention Counselor at the Community Enrichment & Education Foundation, where he assisted hundreds of borrowers in distress by helping them apply for and obtain loan modifications. In fact, his efforts were highlighted in New York Magazine, who commended him for continuing to work at the Foundation for months, without pay, after its funding was cut. Since 2010, Eddie has been working here at the Radow Law Group, putting his vast knowledge and experience to work by assisting in the financial analyses underpinning our clients' loan modification applications. Eddie has been instrumental in successfully obtaining affordable loan modifications for hundreds of our clients.

Michael S. Sheena

Michael S. Sheena is a founding partner at the Radow Law Group, P.C. He has significant experience handling complex bank negotiations, foreclosure cases, and real estate transactions. During his five years at the Radow Law Group, he has assisted in the successful negotiation and settlement of countless commercial and residential properties in default. From complex commercial foreclosure litigation to closings on home purchases and sales, Michael's vast experience has been a tremendous asset to his clients, and has garnered him a reputation for leaving no stone unturned. Michael is a graduate of New York Law School, and was a clerk for NY State Supreme Court Justice Budd Goodman. Prior to establishing the Radow Law Group, P.C., he worked as an investigator for the New York State Human Rights Division, and as an analyst at a large marketing research firm in Manhattan. Michael has also acted as a consultant to start-up businesses, and has conceived, executed and developed all aspects of new business ideas into successful retail outlets.

RAYMOND D. RADOW

Founding Partner Ray Radow is a founding partner of the Radow Law Group, P.C. His practice concentrates... Ray Radow is a founding partner of the Radow Law Group, P.C. His practice concentrates on Real Estate and Commercial Litigation with a focus on Foreclosure Defense Litigation and Real Estate Transactions, as well as Personal Injury and Criminal Law. Since the onset of the housing crisis, Mr. Radow has represented countless borrowers faced with the looming prospect of foreclosure and has regularly obtained loan modifications for eligible clients, resulting in significant reductions in monthly mortgage payments and, most importantly, keeping families in their homes. Mr. Radow is a former Brooklyn prosecutor and has years of experience in private practice handling all aspects of personal injury and criminal cases. He is a seasoned litigator and has frequently conducted both civil and criminal trials throughout the five boroughs of the City of New York and Long Island. Mr. Radow has also handled matters in Federal Court, and written and argued a wide variety of cases on appeal. He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to bear in service of the firm's clients both directly and through his personal supervision of junior associates. Mr. Radow's prior clientele includes a variety of Police Benevolent Associations and Civil Service unions. He has also drafted numerous complex commercial agreements, and assisted U.S. corporations with overseas business development by facilitating the movement of employees to jobs throughout the Middle East and ensuring compliance with both domestic and foreign statutes and regulations.
