Ashraf Mogal is a Data Scientist at Nice North America (formerly Nortek Security & Control), where he leads the Pricing Analytics division. In this role, Ashraf collaborates closely with the Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive data-driven decisions. Prior to joining Nice, Ashraf spent 2.5 years with Tata Consultancy Services, India's largest consulting firm, working with clients in the banking, e-commerce, and telecommunications sectors. He also gained valuable experience working at a tech startup, where he focused on optimizing efficiency and developing data strategies.
During his time at the Rady School of Management, Ashraf served as President of both the Rady Data Analytics Club and the Rady Student Association. One of his key initiatives as President of the Data Analytics Club was the creation of the Rady Analytics Mentorship Program (RAMP), an ongoing program that connects MSBA students with alumni for guidance and networking opportunities.

Lisa Ordóñez was appointed Dean of UC San Diego's Rady School of Management in September 2019. He also served on the management team at Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ), where he led the operation of programs serving approximately 500 students across the HCZ's K-12 pipeline. Ilo has been honored twice with the prestigious Junior League of San Diego's President's Award. Her leadership as Executive Vice President during the challenging times of the pandemic highlighted her exceptional ability to navigate obstacles with skill and finesse. Under her guidance, the League successfully executed a pivot in programming and fundraising, while strategically reducing operational expenses. Kathy Self joined the Rady School of Management in 2015. She oversees career development for incoming and current Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) students. Self's work with UC San Diego students began in 2007 as an internship advisor providing professional development and communication training.
