Inspections of the components are done at different stages of machining and before taking up for assembly. Rotors are dynamically balanced on the dynamic balancing machine. After, through inspection of the components, we assemble the pump and hydro test the same to a pressure of 3 Kg/cm2(g). Every Pump so assembled is tested thoroughly on individual test beds provided, for its airflow at different vacuum levels, power consumption etc. The Vacuum pumps are tested to BS 1571/1975 Part 2..
