Adam has twelve years of field experience and currently serves as the General Manager. With his previous experience as a lead man and foreman and his time spent in estimating and project management, Adam brings a well rounded proficiency that makes him a valuable and insightful team member and leader. His projects for bidding, managing and building include solar, education, restaurant, commercial, and residential projects.
Adam is the father to the most adorable one year old on the planet and the coolest little man of all time. Adam was born and raised in San Diego. When he is not working, you will catch him golfing and camping with his family.

Greg Abell - Founder, President
Greg founded Precision Electric thirty-seven years ago with a vision to provide superior craftsmanship with the upmost integrity. Precision Electric began out of Greg's tack room; he cleared out the saddles and tack gear and his first "office" was born. Greg was a graduate of the Associate Builders and Contractors Program and through nearly four decades of dedicated service, Greg has grown the team to nearly eighty employees.
Married for thirty-six years to his high school sweetheart, Greg continues to be dedicated to not only his business, but also his family, church and community. He and his wife have three sons and eight beautiful grandchildren. He served on the YMCA Executive board and is the President of the Rios Canyon Recreation Board. Greg has built Precision Electric on a foundation of integrity, transparency, workmanship, and faith.

Will joined Precision Electric in 2013 and brings sixteen years of experience to the team. He began his career as a Journeyman and Foreman, then led Precision's solar department. He now serves as Field Superintendent & Safety Manager. His leadership experience, attention to detail, and organizational skills have led to the successful completion projects, continued and improved safety as well as harmonious relationships between field and office team members.
Will successfully maintains the highest level of safety while striving to improve the training and methods used to prevent injuries, all while maintaining efficient production. Outside of work, Will spends time with his beautiful wife and three amazing children. On the weekend, you will find him fishing on the lake, shooting in the desert, and come Sunday he'll be in church serving and soaking in Proverbs 3: 5-6.
