When Kathleen first started the company in 2001, her vision was to create and manage a small company that provided outstanding services. Armed with knowledge and determination, Kathleen started with several small communities. Now, more than a decade later Kathleen and Platinum have earned their reputation as the industry leader, by making innovative, creative solutions for Associations in Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise counties. With hard work, perseverance, and ingenuity, Kathleen has created a company that has become synonymous with personalized customer service.
Kathleen graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Communications Management. She is a member of the Pima County Housing Commission, as well as an active member of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association and the Metropolitan Pima Alliance. She is involved in and supports many charities including, serving as a member of the Board for Saint Augustine Catholic High School, the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Tucson Girls Chorus, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and Habitat for Humanity.
Kathleen has been blessed with three children Morgan, Austin, and Jordan; she is also known as "Mimi" to her first grandson. Kathleen is also blessed in having her mother witness and support her accomplishments as a great mother and businesswoman.
Kathleen's signature line comprises her beliefs in successful business management and life in general: "Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is a success."

Sarah has been an integral part of the Platinum Management Inc. family since 2005. When PMI began to experience growing pains, Sarah came to us as our first full-time accounting manager, since then, Sarah has grown with the company and is now our valued Vice President of Accounting. Sarah is known for her dedication, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining all of PMI's active accounts.
Sarah is a mom of 3 children and a grandson. She is very active in her church and all sports activities with her children. She has dedicated herself to making children's lives better by heading a Christmas pillow pet drive for UMC and TMC. Sarah began her charity work of collecting pillow pets for the pediatric units in an effort to give children in the hospital some comfort and happiness during the holidays.
