PENSION CONSULTANTS - Key Persons
Alicia brings over 15 years of pension administration experience to her role as an Associate Plan Administrator. Her exceptional organizational skills and work ethic make her an invaluable asset to the other Plan Administrators in the office. She is a graduate of Teikyo Post University and lives in Terryville, CT with her husband, two children and her dog, Molly.
Amy joined PCI as a Consultant in October 1996. As one of our longest serving employees, Amy is responsible for one of our largest clients. She also serves as the go-to person for our information technology system. Although she has a busy workload, Amy always makes time to help her coworkers with system issues. When she is not working she enjoys traveling around the country with her husband and two children.

Barbara recently joined PCI as an Executive Assistant, bringing with her over 15 years of administrative support experience. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Barbara's excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and strong work ethic will make her a great asset to the team. When she is not working, she enjoys vacationing with her fiancé and their three children and going on walks with the family dog Gucci.
Denise joined PCI as a Consultant in March 1998. Denise came to us from a background completely unrelated to pension administration, but she quickly became a retirement plan expert. She takes pride in honing her relationships with her clients and is very thorough and reliable. Denise likes to cook, travel, and especially enjoys entertaining friends and family.

Desirae joined PCI as a Distribution Associate in March 2013, with 15 years of proven customer service experience. Her analytical and problem solving skills, combined with good business judgment quickly earned her promotion to Distribution Unit Team Lead. She not only brings these skills to PCI, but incorporates the same and more at home as a wife and mother of a big family. Desirae and her husband love traveling and getaways with their growing children.
Dina brings over 25 years of Customer Service experience to her role as Distribution Associate in our Distribution Unit. She graduated from Quinnipiac College. Dina and her husband, her high school sweetheart, enjoy watching their 3 children play sports, and cheering on UCONN and the Red Sox.
Donna joined PCI as a Consultant in November 2003. Donna has 23+ years of pension experience. She takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of their plan's operation and enjoys tackling complex issues. Donna and her husband have two grown children and now enjoy spending time with their adorable grandchildren. She is an avid record collector and has 8 old juke boxes to play them on.
Fiona joined PCI as a Consultant in October 1996. Fiona is one of our longest tenured employees, and she has excellent client communication skills. She enjoys explaining complex situations regarding the plans she manages and maintains a close tie with all of her clients. Fiona is very active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She started with us as a newlywed and currently lives in Torrington with her family.
As a Partner in the firm, Frank serves as Vice President and Consulting Actuary. His focus is primarily cash balance and defined benefit plan design and administration but he is always searching for a card game to really put his University of Vermont math and stats majors to good use. He is an Enrolled Actuary who has almost as many kids as he has ASPPA designations. He and his wife Kara live in Bristol with their three children; Bria, Anthony and Nicholas.
Janice joined PCI in June 2008. She graduated from the University of Connecticut and has a background in the banking, pension, and financial services industries. Janice was brought on to handle the drafting and maintenance of our retirement plan documents. She is very thorough in reviewing plan language and is extremely helpful in assisting clients with e-filing their IRS Form 5500. Janice is an avid reader and never misses NPR's "Wait Wait . . . Don't Tell Me!"
Joan rejoined PCI on a part-time basis in April 2007 and now serves as an Associate Plan Administrator. She assists our consultants with various tasks, and Joan is especially skilled at reconciling complicated plan assets. She previously worked as a full-time Consultant from 1988 to 1998. She left the workforce in 1998 to raise her three children. Joan resides in Avon with her family.
Joshua joined the Pension Consultants team as a Plan Administrator in March of 2021. He brings 13 years of experience in Defined Contribution administration and is currently pursuing the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Josh enjoys spending his free time with his family, working on DIY Projects, and watching the NY Football Giants.
Josiah comes to Pension Consultants with 3 years of financial services experience. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree in business. Josiah's education and experience makes him a great asset to the Distribution Unit. He lives in Manchester with his wife and two children. When not attending his daughters' dance recitals, he likes to cheer on the UConn Huskies Basketball team.
Kathy joined PCI in January 2013. She serves as our company's Receptionist and assists our administrative staff with many of its daily functions. Her personable and friendly nature is a great addition to our firm. Kathy enjoys music, reading and spending as much time as possible with her three children. The whole family shares a lifetime dedication to the NE Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Kathy is also the proud mom of Bowzer, a spoiled and adorable Morkie (Maltese-Yorkie mix) and lives in Bristol.

Kayleigh recently joined PCI as a Distribution Associate, bringing with her over 10 years of Customer Service experience, starting with retail, moving to banking and lastly into retirement. She joins us with a welcoming demeanor, strong work ethic and commitment to providing the best service possible. In her free time, Kayleigh likes to cook and helps organize a traveling women's disc golf league.
Kellie is a recent new hire with PCI, bringing with her over 15 years of banking and financial services experience. She earned a BS degree in Business Administration and Finance from Cambridge College in Boston. In her free time, Kellie enjoys gardening, hiking, camping and is the co-founder of and organizes Connecticut Women's Disc Golf.

Lisa joined Pension Consultants in December 2006 and serves as Director of Business Operations. Her background is in the financial services industry, having worked for Fireman's Fund Insurance and CIGNA. She earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Lisa is involved with many aspects of our company - organizational and operational functions, human resources and employee benefits, staffing, client billing, accounts receivable, advancing our client database, office automation, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Lisa works in our team of administrative staff in a variety of roles. She corresponds with Employers, Participants and Vendors to ensure that employees' plan distributions are processed correctly and timely. She assists Employers with their Plans' annual electronic 5500 Tax filing and recently added plan terminations to her list of responsibilities. Lisa is very diligent and is always willing to pitch in to help her co-workers during peak processing times.
Lynn joined PCI as a Consultant in August 2005. Lynn has over 25 years of retirement plan experience. She is very organized and thorough in dealing with her clients and handles many of the long-term client relationships of our firm. Lynn is an avid Red Sox fan and gardener, and also enjoys scrapbooking, baking and canning.
Lynne joined PCI as a Consultant in November 2005. Lynne has over 16 years of pension experience and is incredibly responsive in dealing with her clients. She lives in Charlton, MA, with her family and is very involved with many of her three children's sports activities. She competes with her children in triathlons, obstacle course races and candlepin bowling.

Mike Roach joined PCI as a newlywed in his 20's, in the summer of 1989. He became a Principal in the firm in 1998 and now serves as Director. In 2020 the ownership transitioned to Bill Anastasiades and Frank Rossi, which allows Mike to split his time between the Connecticut and South Carolina PCI locations. Although the firm has more than tripled in size since he started, Mike remains involved in the administration and consulting for many of the PCI plans. Mike lives in Avon and Hilton Head with his wife, Diane. Shellie joined Pension Consultants in January 2002. She has over 25 years of professional experience in retirement plan administration, having previously worked in the pension departments of accounting firms in the Albany, NY area. As PCI's Manager of Pension Administration, Shellie manages the operations of our defined contribution retirement plan business. She also manages a caseload of plans and is responsible for reviewing the work of other consultants for accuracy as part of our quality control system. She earned a BS degree in Business Administration-Management from SUNY Fredonia and is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), allowing her to represent clients before the IRS.
Mike joined us in September 2017 as an Associate Plan Administrator. He is a 2014 graduate of the University of Connecticut, and has previous Third Party Administrator experience in the retirement industry. Prior to working in retirement he held positions in the Education field. Mike is an avid New England Patriots football fan.

Natalia rejoined PCI in January 2001, after a previous stint of 7 years. Natalia works in our team of administrative staff and is responsible for the preparation and processing of our reports. Natalia also assists in Form 5500 processing, along with a myriad of other daily functions, where she implements her knowledge of our client base. She enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering and making a difference.
Pam brought over 35 years of pension plan administrative experience to Pension Consultants. She and her husband live in West Springfield, where Pam has organized the Clean-up West Springfield Day for the last seven years. She has four children and five grandchildren. She is a graduate of Smith College and an avid Patriots fan.
Sasha joined our firm in December 2023 as a Distribution Associate and brings a decade of customer service expertise and financial services background to our team. Known for her attention to detail and efficient work style, she takes pride in these qualities that will certainly contribute to her success at PCI. She lives in Windsor with her significant other and their three children. Sasha also showcases her creativity during her leisure time where she loves to engage in various creative pursuits.
Tom has recently joined in July 2023 as an Associate Plan Administrator. He is a recent graduate of the Central Connecticut State University and has no third-party administrator experience yet, but his passion and dedication to learning will make him a valuable addition to the team. Tom is also an avid soccer fan and lives in Bristol CT.

Our long-time PCI Principal, Mike Roach, has recently relocated to Hilton Head Island and will be working remotely for the firm while splitting his time between South Carolina and our home office in Connecticut. He has many years of experience working with retirement plan advisors and investment platform wholesalers in a sales capacity for our firm, and he will be available to meet with clients, advisors, and wholesalers in the area. While Mike will continue to be involved in the operation and administration of our plans, his focus will be on business development for the firm. Mike will be a great local sales and consulting resource in Hilton Head.
Bill has over 25 years' experience in the Retirement Plan industry, joined Pension Consultants in 1999, and now serves as President of the firm. As the managing partner, he oversees the financial operations of the company and is involved in managing client relationships, key business partner relationships, consulting and plan design. Bill is a graduate of Providence College and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent and can represent clients before the IRS in retirement plan matters. Bill enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach with his wife, Carrie and their three sons. But most of their time outside of work is spent in hockey rinks.
