The Ohio Water Development Authority is pleased to introduce Michael Fraizer as its Executive Director effective September 16, 2024. Mr. Fraizer is currently serving as the sixth Executive Director since the organization's inception in 1968. He has familiarity with the organization as a previous board representative for the Ohio Department of Development. Mr. Fraizer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position that will continue the legacy of success for the OWDA.
