Having 48 years of aviation experience, Mr. J. P. Modi is associated with OSS Air Management Pvt. Ltd. for the last 14 years. He holds an honors degree in Mechanical, Marine, and Aeronautical Engineering. First served in Naval aviation as commander and then obtained AME license in cat B1.1 and B1.3 on fixed-wing aircraft Airbus A320, Hawker 850 X, ATR aircraft, and L410 aircraft. Thereafter obtained a license on Leonardo AW139 helicopter and Bell 407. He has served in Archana Airways, Trans Bharat Aviation, Air Deccan, Kingfisher, Business jet and is currently heading the Quality in the team of OSS Air Management.

Group Captain S K Bhattacharya VM, an alumnus of National Defense Academy and a highly experienced aviation professional, is associated with OSS Air Management Pvt. Ltd. for the last 15 years. He has more than 11,000 hours of accident / incident-free flying on helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. He has flown the MI-8, MI-17, MI-17 -1V, Chetak, Cheetah, A 109 C, A 109 E, A 109 SP, helicopters and HT-2, Kiran Mk-I, and Kiran Mk-II Trainer aircraft as Instructor. He has been awarded Vayu Sena Medal by the Indian Air Force for meritorious service.
He has commanded three Indian Air Force formations, including premier operational base and Aviation units of the Indian Air Force. He was an IAF Pilot Examiner and Category A2 Instructor. He has flown in Leh - Ladakh area and the North-Eastern states and operated/landed up to an altitude of 21000 feet. He has served for the Namibia Defense forces in 1995-96 training their helicopter pilots and also flying VIPs of the State. He has also served as DIG / Director (Air Operations) for MHA / BSF (Air Wing), flying and controlling MI-17-1V Anti-Naxal operations and Air Maintenance tasks. He holds a Master's Degree in Management Studies with distinction from Osmania University.
He currently holds an ATPL on helicopters with an endorsement on Chetak, A109 C, A109 E and A 109 SP with Instrument Rating and a Type Rated Examiner qualification.
