Ani Naccachian is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Subrogation Services. Ani is a recognized leader within the subrogation and arbitration industry and has been a strong contributor in the industry for more than 30 years. She is highly regarded by customers for her integrity, business results and commitment to customer service. Ani's expertise and forward thinking led Paragon to be one of the first outsourced companies to join the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) as well as a leading member of Arbitration Forums (AF).
Prior to founding Paragon Subrogation Services in 1995, Ani worked in a variety of supervisory and managerial positions in subrogation and arbitration at Farmers Insurance and 21st Century Insurance. Ani graduated from Pierce College and is a member of NASP, AF, the Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Ani enjoys spending her free time with her large family, including her husband, four daughters, and two young grandchildren. Ani is also very active in her community, frequently taking part in community service and philanthropic efforts.

Jorge Rincon is the Subrogation Manager. Jorge brings over 20 years of subrogation and claims experience. Mr. Rincon works closely with his clients to maximize their recovery on insurance subrogation matters. He holds the designation of Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) and is a Certified Mobile Notary Public.
Jorge oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure proper claim handling techniques to protect the integrity of our company. Providing consistent service quality and streamlined processes are the main functions of his job,ensuring the best value for Paragon's clients. Jorge has also previously worked in Sales & Marketing with American International Group in which he provided insurance counsel to clients.
Lucy Avsharian is the Arbitration Manger. Lucy has been in the insurance claims industry for over 23 years. She began her career with 20 th/21 st Century Insurance. She then joined Paragon Subrogation Services in 1999. She is an existing and active panelist with Arbitration Forums.
Lucy is responsible for directing and managing the arbitration department, along with implementation and client services. She grows positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels.
Ray Naccachian has extensive experience in a wide range of leadership, management and advisory positions. In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he provides timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures.
In addition to his accounting and finance oversight responsibilities, Ray offers broad management, internal control and strategic advice to the management team. His Total Quality Management experience has accelerated business policies and procedures as well as improving processes.
