Elaine Seib has been with Paramount since 1996 where she brought her administrative/managerial experience from a wide variety of roles. Elaine is our Office Manager and she is happy to assist in all aspects of real estate needs. Her varied understanding of all administration duties, easy going nature and hard-working attitude has seen Elaine continue to be a valuable part of paramount.
Eric brings his friendly and energetic demeanour to the property management team at Paramount, where he serves as a dedicated Property Manager. With a genuine passion for real estate and property management, Eric approaches his role with optimism and enthusiasm. Eric is committed to providing first-rate service to all customers. He understands the importance of establishing close relationships with clients, prioritising their needs and wishes.
One of Eric's strengths is his ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. Fluent in both Cantonese and English, he is well-equipped to engage with the Asian community in the St George area, ensuring that language is not a barrier to excellent service.

Robert Seib is a licensed real estate agent and the Principal of Paramount Real Estate. Having begun his career in 1983 working in the family business, Robert quickly became one of the areas leading sales agents. In 1987 he became Licensee in Charge and has continued to operate the business successfully, making it one of the St George areas leading, most established boutique agencies. Taking an active role in the sales division he thrives on the competitive nature of real estate and has the ability to maximise the value of a clients most valuable asset even in the most challenging market conditions. With a successful track record behind him, it is not surprising a large portion of his business comes from repeat, reputation or referral business.
Welcome back Tracey! Tracey was a Paramount Real Estate staff member once upon a time. She missed real estate and decided to return to where her true passion lies. She brings with her extensive administration experience and expertise in customer service. Tracey has many qualities which will compliment what we do and stand for at Paramount.
