Cristal Jones serves as On-Site Rx's Director of Client Services, bringing over 20 years of client care, business development, and communications to the team. In healthcare, she spearheaded growth through grass root efforts and marketing campaigns. This resulted in nearly a million in annual revenue for a clinic, four start-up clinics that increased volume by 30 - 40% annually, and improved brand awareness for seven existing urgent care clinics. Cristal is a University of Tennessee at Chattanooga alumna in Business Administration. She enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling, and time with family.

As President of On-Site Rx, Inc., Mr. Doebler brings over 30 years of healthcare experience including a background as a caregiver and business executive. These perspectives give a balanced point of view to drug therapies and their associated expense.
Through varied roles in the pharmaceutical and PBM industries he gained insight into the complex pricing and distribution issues surrounding prescription drugs. Mr. Doebler's work includes pricing and contractual negotiations with hospitals, group purchasing organizations, wholesalers, long-term care providers, managed care organizations, mail order providers, employers and PBMs.
These experiences provide an understanding of how to effectively shorten the complicated US prescription drug supply chain to the benefit of larger employers. It is with this understanding that Mr. Doebler founded On-Site Rx with Yale Moore in 2008 to help plans substantially lower prescription drug costs.

Lori Moberly earned her Master's in Accounting from East Carolina University in 2010. Before joining On-Site Rx in August of 2021, Lori spent eight years working in public accounting and during that time she earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. While in public accounting, Lori worked in tax, specializing in small to mid-sized companies as well as high net worth individuals. After leaving public accounting Lori worked within the tax department of a publicly traded company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina where she worked on both domestic and international tax planning and filings. Lori currently works out of Swansboro, North Carolina where she serves in the role of Vice President of Business Operations for On-Site Rx. She oversees a team of exceptional people who support all of those within On-Site Rx as they provide our clients with outstanding service.
Michelle Woodruff, RN, serves as On-Site Rx's Vice President of Client, and Patient Experience. Michelle is responsible for the oversight of our clinical and client services team to create an exceptional experience for both patients, and clients. Michelle comes to us with over 12 years of experience in the on-site clinic world. This experience includes roles in client implementation, project management, product, and health coaching. Prior to that, Michelle spent several years as a registered nurse, and has a proven passion for making sure the patient care is done with great care and compassion.
Ms. McElrea assists in all functions and responsibilities of our finance department. Her background is in the retail banking industry as a branch manager, retail loan officer, and customer and merchant services coordinator.

Ms. McNeilly is responsible for all payments systems at On-Site Rx. These include those to and from the various vendors including PBMs, wholesalers and clients as well as facilitating the credit card transaction processes within the pharmacy point of sale software. Her background is in the retail banking industry as a branch manager, retail loan officer and customer and merchant services coordinator equip her for this role especially well.
