For Greg, post-grant proceedings provide an effective means to investigate the validity of patents and attack those without value. Greg has extensive experience advising and coordinating the strategy of teams leading post-grant proceedings before the Central Reexamination Unit (CRU) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He played a key role in the re-examinations of the patents involved in the notable infringement case NTP v. Research in Motion Limited (RIM). His team was involved with more than 2,100 claims rejected in the asserted patents resulting in the most claims ever rejected by the CRU to this date.
Greg's clients also benefit from his business acumen. He earned an MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he was a member of the Hertford College. In 2009, he co-founded the Centre for Professional Service Firms at the school.
