April joined Nichols Crowder in 2023, initially starting in Reception before transitioning into Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager.
Her passion for Property Management has driven her rapid progression and she now manages her own portfolio.

Cristy Gatto, Licensed Estate Agent, began her career in Real Estate in 2001 working on the Mornington Peninsula, she has recently been promoted to our Leadership Team. Having worked in all facets of the real estate industry including Residential Sales, Administration and Residential Property Management, Cristy decided to move into Commercial Real Estate in 2012. Cristy's knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula area is exceptional and she has maintained long standing clients with outstanding service. After a decade working with various real estate agencies in different property sectors, Glenys started with Nixon Industrial in 2013 and now manages key portfolios in across both Nixon Industrial and Nichols Crowder.
While managing a high-profile portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across Melbourne and interstate, Glenys used her extensive knowledge and experience to implement policies and procedures to ensure the property management team was compliant with all applicable rules and regulations.
Initially starting in the property industry in Townsville in 2003 as a sales assistant, Glenys became office manager in 2004, looking after four offices, and overseeing the residential department and managing a small commercial portfolio. In addition to compiling budgets and reconciliation reports, this gave her a solid background into the inner workings of a real estate company.
In 2008, Glenys decided to focus on commercial property management, moving to Colliers in Townsville. Here, she studied the compliance regulations for buildings, asbestos and essential services, while obtaining experience across a diverse portfolio of offices, shopping centres, child care centres, and light and heavy industrial sites. Glenys then lived in Newcastle in 2012, gaining experience with management and compliance issues related to heritage buildings.
Outside of office hours, Glenys likes reading, crocheting, gardening, and walking her dogs. She also enjoys going to museums, gardens, and the movies.

After spending time as a commercial IT specialist, James joined Nichols Crowder in 2013, completing a traineeship in commercial and industrial real estate under the guidance of directors Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith.
James went on to gain his full real estate license in 2015 and in 2024 was promoted to Director of Nichols Crowder Carrum Downs & Mornington.
Having always lived on the Mornington Peninsula, he has a great knowledge of the area, and has built up a large data¬base of clients.
In his spare time, James is a volunteer firefighter for his local fire brigade and is involved with charity organisations. When not spending time at home with his family, James likes to get to the MCG to support his beloved Richmond Football Club.
James's enthusiastic and professional approach to real estate has seen him become one of Carrum Downs most active sales and leasing agents. Having been nominated and top three finalist, three years running for Victoria's Top Commercial Leasing & Sales Agent in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
James joined Nichols Crowder as a sales and leasing cadet and has since played a key role in growing the sales and leasing department into what it's become today.
Now as director and business shareholder he takes a special interest in ensuring clients are delivered great outcomes. Specializing in selling and leasing, his main focus is in Melbourne's south-eastern regions, particularly the Bayside and Kingston areas.
Winner of the Novice C&I Auctioneers competition in Victoria, his passion for real estate and the business of property has helped him provide professional and management advice.
His success in the real estate world is more recently mirrored by the Demon's performance on the field in the AFL. James has a beautiful young family and is an avid horse racing lover.

Kate is well-regarded within the industry as a dynamic and enthusiastic asset manager who gets the job done. Since joining Nichols Crowder, under her supervision she's grown her portfolio to include large commercial and industrial facilities, managed on behalf of clients who seek her expertise.

Initially Kevin intended his business to remain small and service only his own loyal group of clients but this was not to be. As Kevin had always taken a personal interest in the client's properties, many clients followed him and property management quickly expanded. Thus began the growth of one of Moorabbin/Bayside's most successful industrial real estate agents.
After incredible success and two more office moves, one next to Moorabbin Bowl at 942 Nepean Highway and the other at 769 South Road East Bentleigh, Kevin was looking for a new challenge.
That challenge came in 2013 when Nichols Crowder director, Matt Nichols knocked on his door. Together they formed Nixon Industrial and aligned with Nichols Crowder.

Laura McCarthy is an experienced and knowledgeable property manager who delivers a smooth, seamless experience to every client.
