Bruce Nicholson

Nicholson Realty Inc.Bruce was first licensed in 1979 and got his broker's license in 1989. Soon after (in 1990) he opened Nicholson Realty. Throughout his career, he has concentrated on selling residential real estate & farms - also listing/selling or leasing some investment/commercial property.Bruce has demonstrated his service oriented approach in his sales career as well as his commitment as a volunteer. He has served as president of the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board for three terms, the Ontario Real Estate Association as a Director for two terms, as well as many committees and task forces. Bruce has built a business based on the principles of "doing onto others as you would want them to do unto you". He counts it a delight and a blessing to be involved in people's lives while assisting them with their Real Estate needs.

Diane Hawrylenko

Diane's passion is helping people find the home of their dreams. One of her greatest strengths is her intuitive ability to match her clients' needs with available homes that best fit their personalities and desires. Diane entered the real estate profession in 1981, receiving her Brokers designation in 1983. She began her real estate career working with ‘Bud' Moseley - the partnership lasted 34 years, until his retirement in March 2015. An award winning professional, Diane was the 2010 recipient of the Claude E. Dubrick Realtor Merit award for her commitment to the real estate industry and to our community. She was the President of the KW real estate board in 2003. Over the years, she has served as a Volunteer on many committees locally and provincially. Currently she is a member of CREA's Realtors Care Committee. Diane is very active in this community. As a member of the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, she chairs the Federal & Provincial Affairs Committee. A champion for the Canadian Cancer Society, she was President of the Canadian Cancer Society Waterloo Region; the Regional Chair of their Daffodil Campaign ; Information Outreach Chair; and currently chair of Public Issues . Diane also volunteers as a Community Representative for the Canadian Cancer Society's Research Institute. A great believer in lifelong learning, Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in psychology (minoring in biology & sociology) from McMaster University. She has previously worked as an Executive Director for a group home, as a researcher for both Provincial & Federal Governments & as a Customs & Excise Officer for the Canadian Government - as well as Branch administration Officer and Mortgage & Loans Officer for a major bank. Diane's experience extends from dealing with 1st time home buyers to the full range of residential, investment and commercial real estate. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and great affection for the KW area with her clients. Diane is never too busy to speak with prospective clients about the real estate industry and the services she offers.

Shawn Barradas

Shawn brings a family approach to real estate. A father of three, two boys and a girl, Shawn understands well the needs of young families looking to buy their first home or growing families, looking to find more space. Shawn first moved to Kitchener in 2001, when he attended Wilfrid Laurier university, where he earned a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree. In 2005, he sold a successful furniture store, (which he built from the ground up). Shawn then decided on a career in real estate. He got his real-estate license. He moved to Nicholson Realty in 2012 after working for a large real estate firm.

Tyler Nicholson

With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, Tyler has broadened his focus on residential real estate, and expanded into the farm and rural markets, as well as cottage and recreational sales. As a member of the equestrian and agricultural community, he can relate to, and understand the diversity of these industries. Partnering with his father and Broker Bruce, has been an exciting and inspiring journey, and the two have proven themselves to be a well rounded and experienced team. Tyler prides himself in treating everyone he deals with, both personally and professionally, in the same manner that he would expect to be treated himself. He's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get the job done, and his ability to properly market and promote his listings has proven to provide great results.He enjoys the diversity of the real estate business, and the excitement that comes from finding someone their "Dream" .
