New Day Enterprises is a private, non-profit community mental health facility. We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We employ 100 staff and have 50 clients for whom we provide a place to live and interact within our community. We believe in people and have found one of the best ways to do that is focus on abilities and not disabilities... We learned from watching our clients learn. We learned from watching our clients live. Change is part of our learning curve. We have focused on what people want in their lives. We honor choice and self determination.
