Built with heart and soul by a group of health and fitness professionals (and good friends), Bodyfix was established in 2011 as a space where anyone and everyone could feel supported and empowered... At Bodyfix we strongly believe that our role as a gym goes far beyond exercise. We offer educational workshops and talks for the whole community on topics such as mental health, nutrition, and women's and men's health, plus regularly fundraise for special causes close to our hearts... At Bodyfix, we know our members by name and offer a welcoming space for all ages, abilities and fitness levels, right here in Christchurch.
