Mwm Investments, LLP is an investment firm that specializes in the tax forclosure market of Houston, TX. Properties are generally sold within a year and profits then distributed on a percentage basis. Investment capitol is considered non-refundable once a subcontract has been signed on a property. Once a property is purchased, the percentage of the investor's stake is calculated from the final cost. Mwm Investments recieves twenty percent for strictly handling the deal and transitioning the property through the purchase, maintainance, and eventual sale and profit distribution. In the event that the investment does not meet the cost for the property, MWM Investments may contribute funds to complete the transaction, in which compensation is an added percentage to the final profit distribution equal to the percentage of contributed funds from MWM Investments.
