Arnold's construction career started in 1998; he has been with MRJ since 2009. Arnold has always been seen as one of the most reliable members of the MRJ team. Clients appreciate the commitment he brings to the task at hand.
Arnold is an automobile enthusiast who enjoys going to car shows, car auctions and working on his roadster.

Ashley first began bookkeeping/accounting at a local Seattle restaurant in 2006. In 2018 she changed industries and accepted an administrative assistant position for a local manufacturing company where she continued to grow and develop her skill set. In 2022, Ashley joined MRJ Constructors.
Outside of the office, you'll find Ashley traveling, cooking, puzzling, going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family.

Since joining MRJ in 2004, Barry has been involved in all facets of the project lifecycle from pre-construction, to estimating, construction, and project close-out. Clients appreciate his skill in helping teams navigate through this process, along with his attention to detail and tireless work ethic.
When Barry is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and planning his next adventure. Barry holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Brian has been with MRJ Constructors since 2007. His focus is on guiding all stages of construction to control project quality, schedule, and budget. His emphasis on exceptional pre-construction processes ensures that the client's goals and design team's visions are realized.
Brian spends his time away from the office with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid skier and cyclist and loves spending as much time as possible in the mountains. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington.
Bridget joined MRJ in 2024 and she brings a breadth of project experience from both an architectural and construction management perspective. Rising from production roles to leadership positions, she has experience from design/preconstruction all the way to project completion.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Bridget has won international underwater hockey competitions and enjoys travelling with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of the Philippines and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
Chris has been with the MRJ team since 2005, leading our concrete crews and putting his knowledge to work on complex projects. He is a detail-oriented superintendent who focuses on delivering projects as promised, ahead of schedule, and within budget. Clients tell us they enjoy working with Chris because of his great communication skills.
Chris is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, surfing, hunting, fishing, and sport shooting.

Chris has been with MRJ since 2006. He typically works on more technical projects involving complex mechanical/electrical and structural systems, where clients can best benefit from his commitment to quality.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys fishing, camping, skiing, hiking and carpentry. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management with an emphasis in project management from Western Washington University.
David has been part of the MRJ team since 2013. With his commitment to communication and professionalism, clients can rely on him to get the job done.
David's hobbies include hiking, playing the guitar and singing, working on cars, and target shooting.
Ed joined MRJ in 1997 as a partner to help expand our commercial division. In the 20+ years since then, he has garnered extensive experience in technically demanding commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and heavy construction.
Ed is responsible for field operations and project management, including safety and direct labor. He works with project superintendents to resolve issues that arise during the construction of a project.
Ed's hobbies including biking, skiing, kite boarding, traveling and playing with his dog. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Central Washington University.
Evan joined MRJ in 2017 and quickly garnered a reputation for his commitment to teamwork, quality, and integrity.
Evan's hobbies include snowboarding and weightlifting. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University.
Jessica has been with MRJ since 2013 managing our accounts payable, accounts receivable, and subcontractor invoicing. In December 2020, she was promoted to Controller and is managing all MRJ accounting responsibilities. Jessica works closely with MRJ project management team while also providing reporting to the MRJ ownership group.
When she's outside the office, Jessica enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, cooking, and reading. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Washington State University.
John joined MRJ in 2012. His commitment to communication, integrity, and professionalism means clients can rely on him to get the job done.
John's hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, traveling, and sports. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management with a minor in business administration from Washington State University.

Kirk has been part of the MRJ team since 1998 and is one of our top superintendents. He works on our most complicated projects where the clients can benefit from his considerable experience in structural concrete and complex construction.
Kirk has excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude that creates a great working relationship with clients, architects, and consultants. Outside of work, Kirk enjoys water sports, skiing, and fantasy football.
Martin is one of the founding partners who established the commercial division of MRJ and helped the company grow from a start-up company to where it is today.
Martin has been in the construction industry since 1986 starting as a Field Engineer working for a heavy construction contractor building Navy piers and bridges. In 1989, he began working for GLY Construction as a Project Engineer and was promoted to a Project Manager working on commercial and industrial projects in the greater Puget Sound area. In 1995, Martin left his previous position as Project Manager to launch the commercial division of MRJ Constructors.
Martin has diversified experience in all levels of commercial, retail, industrial, heavy, and residential construction. His primary focus at MRJ is acting as the Chief estimator, building and maintaining relationships with great clients, marketing and preconstruction services.
Martin works with clients and design teams on their projects from the early developmental stage through the conceptual estimating and into the preconstruction phase of the project, providing alternative building systems and cost alternates to ensure that the client's budget meets their expectations.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys all outdoor activities, including mountain biking, kite surfing, skiing, and stand up paddleboarding. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management with a minor in business from Washington State University.
Patrick has been at MRJ Constructors since 2012, working as a Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman and in 2023, was promoted to Project Superintendent.
He has worked as a Project Foreman on Lark Restaurant, Rouge Cocktail Lounge, The Shop at Porter, The Pioneer Building, B/E Aerospace and many other projects. That experience has allowed him to work directly with Superintendents to gain management experience.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the great outdoors and paddleboarding.
Stephanie has been with MRJ since 2005, doing everything including payroll, accounts payable, office management, and keeping everyone in the office out of trouble.
Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Washington.
Tim has been with MRJ since 2009. Clients have lauded Tim for his resourcefulness and creativity. He takes the time to understand the project's details and makes sure it gets built as efficiently as possible.
Tim spend his free time playing hockey, biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, going to concerts, and hanging with his dog Sherman. He holds an associate degree in carpentry technology from Green River Community College.
Tosh joined MRJ in 2019. In that time, he has been recognized for his attention to detail and the great support he provides to his projects.
Tosh's interests outside of work include hiking, mountain biking, target shooting, fishing, and woodworking. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Washington State University.
