Adrianna is a Managing Consultant for The Mullings Group Search Canada. Adrianna formerly worked for VX Search Group Inc., which was acquired by TMG Search Canada in early 2023.
Prior to joining TMG Search Canada and VX Search Group, Adrianna spent 6 years providing in-house talent acquisition solutions for high-growth Canadian companies across forestry, distribution, automotive and food and beverage services sectors, including the Jim Pattison Group, one of the largest private companies in Canada with more than 50,000 employees and sales surpassing $12 Billion.
Throughout her career, Adrianna has acted as a trusted advisor to a number of non-profit organizations and associations, including serving as a Board Member for the Peachland Wellness Centre, a member of Okanagan College's Program Advisory Committee, and designated as the Vice-Chair for CPHR BC & Yukon' Southern Interior Advisory Council.

After spending the last 3 years working in VC, startups, and consulting, Ajay continues to expand his extensive people-oriented network that covers the US, the Middle East, and APAC.
Ajay earned his bachelor's in Bioengineering from Arizona State University and an MBA in Global Business from the Thunderbird School of Management. He is Gamma Diagnostics, Inc.'s Board Chairman and Adjunct Professor at ESSEC APAC - Singapore Campus.

Chris is an Interactive Director at The Mullings Group, responsible for web design, web development, and the creation of digital tools used daily across The Mullings Group Companies.
A graduate of Lynn University with a focus on Advertising, Chris brings an immense set of skills to TMG with certifications in Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, Google AdWords, and more. His relentless drive to be the best at what he does accelerates TMG's digital transformation regularly.
Along with owning his own business, Chris is the co-founder of Qwark Labs with Joe Mullings. His portfolio includes companies of all sizes, where he worked to find creative, efficient solutions for their web, marketing, branding, and advertising needs. Chris has been recognized at a National level having been awarded 8 times by the American Advertising Federation for his work.
Dana is the Staff Accountant for The Mullings Group Companies. In her role, she assists with the daily financial operations of the TMG Companies, including accounts payable and receivable, financial forecasting, and analysis. Her keen ability to adapt to various situations and assess solutions makes her an asset to the finance team.
Dana has contributed to the financial success of a diverse clientele across industries and disciplines, giving her a holistic view of an organization's financial needs.
Dana received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Business Management and International Business from Florida International University. Dana then went on to earn her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Barry University.

Over the course of her career, Emily has worked in executive retained search, owned her own search firm, and designed and implemented corporate talent acquisition strategies for a Canadian-based, multi-billion dollar organization. Prior to joining TMG, Emily led the strategic growth strategy for a multi-million dollar global franchise staffing organization based in the US.
Emily brings an engaging and collaborative approach to leadership where she has successfully built, coached and developed high-performance sales, marketing and recruiting teams in remote environments on an international scale, for nearly a decade.
Emily is a Program Manager at The Mullings Group. She brings a strategic mindset and is a natural problem solver with a commitment to excellence, efficiency, and organization. A lover of learning, Emily approaches her work with the goal of open-mindedness for growth and development.

Jeremy is a Search Consultant at The Mullings Group. His background in collegiate athletics has equipped him with an uncompromising drive, a team-first mentality, and exceptional communication skills which he applies to his work daily.
Jeremy received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where he played four years of basketball. He earned his Master's Degree in Management at Mars Hill University and completed his fifth year of basketball.
Joe Mullings has been building companies and careers since 1989. He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of The Mullings Group, including TMG Search and Dragonfly. The search firm, with over three decades in the industry, is responsible for more than 9,000 successful searches in medtech / healthtech / life sciences with clients ranging from multi-billion-dollar companies to emerging high-tech organizations worldwide. TMG's international presence and work with over 900 companies allow them to provide solutions to the clients they partner with across the globe.
As the first search firm to integrate media and talent access, Dragonfly was launched as a media production company, complete with a state-of-the-art studio, for use by clients and partners for attention and awareness. Dragonfly is the media machine behind the 7-time Telly Award winning video docuseries, "TrueFuture," of which Joe is the host. He is also the founder of TMGPulse, a MedTech news and opinion website.

Matt earned his Bachelors of Finance from the University of Florida, an MBA in E-Commerce from Florida Atlantic University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University.
Mike has spent the past 25 years working in MedTech & Digital Health. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson and then spent time in the Interventional Cardiology business unit at Medtronic. In 2005 he founded his Executive Search firm, M. J. Moore & Associates, Inc., and has since helped build some of the most successful MedTech startups of the past two decades. His practice is indexed heavily toward early-stage companies whose technology will create a new category or revolutionize an existing one. In addition to working with traditional MedTech clients, Mike has established a strong presence in the burgeoning field of Digital Health.
Mike graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business and received his MBA from Loyola Marymount University. Mike holds two Advisory Board seats with Rehab Boost and MedScout.
Natalia brings nearly two decades of Administrative and Office Management experience to The Mullings Group. In her role, Natalia optimizes office operations and procedures for all company facilities, manages vendor relations, facilitates internal communications, and assists in the planning of ongoing culture initiatives for the organization.
A graduate of the City College of New York, Natalia has a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Communications. Her prior experience supporting C-Suite and Senior Executives has equipped her with skills which allow her to anticipate and provide for the team's needs.
Nicole is the Chief Marketing Officer for The Mullings Group Companies. In addition to overseeing all TMG marketing initiatives, Nicole is also part of the leadership team for Dragonfly - A Mullings Group Company, and partners with its media clients on attention and awareness campaigns.
Being a life-long learner with an interest in the future of the MedTech/HealthTech, Nicole is genuinely passionate about the mission of TMG - building companies and careers in the Life Sciences industry. Her background includes working for luxury global brand where she was responsible for a $6+ million business within a publicly traded company, running special projects, managing business development efforts and leading teams up to 50+. A graduate of the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Renee received her Bachelor's in Business Administration before graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Accounting. Renee's diverse background includes being the former Controller at The Mullings Group, Tax Manager with a Regional Accounting Firm, and Controller for High-Net-Worth families. Renee is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. Her diverse background in business brings a broad understanding of business to the table.
Renee is also CFO of the Julia Star Foundation - a pediatric cancer foundation raising money to support families undergoing pediatric cancer treatments and funding pediatric cancer research.
Rick is the Vice Chairman of The Mullings Group Companies. A healthcare entrepreneur with more than 35 years of management experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, Rick injects the voice of the client into The Mullings Group's business strategy and initiatives.
Rick has led the founding and/or reorganization of seven medical device and pharmaceutical companies during the course of his career. He has also held more than 10 Board positions including his current role on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC,) a public/private partnership between the FDA, CMS, and the Medical Device Industry. This involvement allows him to be on the cutting edge of Regulatory and Reimbursement policy. Rick also spent seven years as a member of the Accel Board at AdvaMed.

As Director at The Mullings Group, Ryan is a trustworthy and valued partner on every search. In his more than two decades in sales as an Executive Leader for major corporations to include Cintas, Boston Scientific, Cardiovascular Systems Inc., and Ambu USA, he has built and led sales teams.
