MUDI was originally founded as a consulting company to support European designers in the Chinese market and to promote sustainable architecture and urban development in China. In order to provide all necessary services to our clients and partners we soon developed into an independent architectural firm while always retaining our consulting and platform DNA... Founded in Munich 2004 and based in Shanghai since 2006, MUDI was one of the first practices to focus on energy efficient architecture and sustainable urban planning in China. Our strength lies in a unique mix of cultural and technical expertise which enables us to find the best solutions for our projects and clients... We believe in the importance of collaboration across disciplines. Our responsibility is always towards the social and environmental impact of our design pursuing quality and sustainability as our main objectives in every project.
