Damon Jacobson - CEO, President

Damon has a master's degree in international management, founded Southwest Mobile Storage (SMS) in 1995 and Fire Training Structures (FTS) in 2003. SMS is an equipment rental business that provides mobile storage containers, portable offices and custom fabricated container-based structures for commercial and military applications. FTS provides custom fabricated, container-based training structures to fire service professionals both domestically and internationally. Damon heads the FTS team and brings 26 years of experience in business management to the organization.

Phillip Butler

Phil has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a master's degree in business administration and is a registered professional engineer in several states. He has served in various leadership positions within the construction and manufacturing industries. Phil is an alternate technical committee member on NFPA 1402 "Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props" and has contributed toward the development of this standard. Phil serves as the director of business development and brings over 20 years of industry expertise to the organization.

Scott Anderson

Scott has a bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering. He has served as a subject matter expert in various design environments. Scott is a technical committee member on NFPA 1402 "Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props" and significantly contributed toward the development of this standard. Scott serves as a project manager and engineer with over 10 years of industry expertise.

Travis Jacobson - VP
