Mid-State was originally founded in 1971, as the Morrison County Joint Educational Cooperative. At that time our services only included Special Education. Since then, we have added many additional areas to the list of services we offer. These include Early Childhood Education and Technology Consortium... Mid-State provides specialty services in varying capacities to our Member School Districts in the areas of Special Education, Early Childhood Education and Technology Support... Mid-State Education District provides cooperative services to area school districts in the areas of Special Education, Early Childhood Education, and Technology. Our services provide better educational opportunities for students, families, and schools.
