Midwest Rehab is a privately owned corporation with 30 years of experience providing Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. We currently have three outpatient locations Ada, Lima, and Findlay. Midwest Rehab provides contract therapy services to assisted living, home health agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. Our therapists strive to provide the highest quality of care to restore patients to their most optimal functioning level.
