Eric has a bachelor's degree in Consumer Science from Université Laval and has completed his training in commercial real estate.

Louise has a breadth of experience in planning and controlling fiscal objectives and analyzing data. Notably, she has worked at IBM for several years where she served clients and representatives as a complex contract specialist.

François completed his studies in administration at Université Laval in 2001 (urban management and real estate profile). Through his studies and work experience, he acquired knowledge in various areas such as property evaluation, project management and real estate financing. François has been working for Bender and Associates since the completion of his degree and has represented various companies in their real estate process.
