Chuck has been a principal of The Martin Architectural Group for over 40 years with a concentration in mixed-use planning and architecture and a resident of Annapolis for over 25 years. Chuck, a recipient of the AIA Gold Medal for Design, has been personally involved in the programming, planning, and architecture of millions of square feet of mixed-use commercial development and high density residential across the country and specifically, within the Mid-Atlantic states. He specializes in making pedestrian friendly streets. The client base for this work has involved some of the largest regional and multi-market developers in the industry: Beazer Homes, The Bozzuto Group, Centex Homes, Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, K. Hovnanian, Petrie Ross Ventures, Pulte Homes, Roseland Properties Prudential, Sturbridge Homes, and Toll Brothers. The most recent mixed-use communities he has worked on include Annapolis Towne Centre in Annapolis MD, Hunt Valley Towne Centre Baltimore MD, and The Towne Centre at Waugh Chapel (Gambrills, MD). A graduate of University of Utah's five-year professional degree program with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, he also has completed graduate studies at the Wharton School of Real Estate Finance and is a member of NAHB, The Home Builders Association of Maryland, The Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Drew heads The Martin Architectural Group's commercial division, managing a spectrum of retail and mixed-use commissions from grocery anchored strip fit-outs to overall master planning and design of regional lifestyle centers. Drew maintains a hands-on approach with his projects - from design and construction documents through construction administration. His duties specifically entail client representation during construction and leasing efforts. In addition to the composition of Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Manuals, and tenant fit-out permit and construction documents, he can provide tenant coordination between fit-out and shell documentation as well.

Steve founded and heads Architectural Engineering: Structure (AE:S). In his 25 years of design and professional practice in major multi-market engineering and architectural firms, he has worked on projects as diverse as the 350-unit Asbury Methodist Continuing Care Retirement Community (Solomons Island, MD), the mixed-use Sansom Commons at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), the 25,000 GSF active adult clubhouse at Green Park Village (Wanaque, NJ), and the four-story-wood-frame-over-concrete-parking-deck King Farm multi-family residences (Rockville, MD).
A graduate of both Drexel University and The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering, Steve holds professional engineering registration throughout the Eastern Seaboard. He has a wide breadth of knowledge in a diversity of building designs including wood frame, light-gauge steel, masonry, structural steel, cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete, and composite floor and beam systems.
