Larry started his business career as a service technician for Lanier Business Products in Atlanta, GA. During his 25 years with Lanier, he earned Lanier's highest sales achievement award for 14 years, served 7 years as a district sales manager and 4 years in the corporate training department.
After leaving Lanier, Larry started Office Automation Consultants, Inc., and developed TeleMagic sales automation and CRM software solutions for over 200 Office Systems Dealers. In 1995 he started Precision Hiring & Development, an employee assessment service to help employers screen, hire and retain top sales, management and customer service employees.
